HIP-3 (Hyper Improvement Proposal 3) is a new update to be activated on October 13, 2025, and it will introduce a major change:
✅ Developers can now create their own perpetual markets
That means:
Anyone (a developer, DAO, or project) can launch their own perpetual futures market on Hyperliquid.
They just need to stake 500,000 $HYPE tokens to do it.
