You can just do things.
Hooked up a MIDI board and was able to get it to talk to some p5.js code I wrote in Juno.
I ended up using Touch Designer to handle the MIDI inputs but could have used the Web MIDI API or something like Python.
I wanted to try out Touch Designer since it is a staple in live visuals.
Juno was able to handle creating the websocket support easily with a fairly basic prompt. I was impressed.
Of course, I still had to architect the system - AI isn’t quite there yet to do everything.
Overall, pretty f*ckin cool demo of what Juno can do and what we can do at the intersection of digital and physical.
